Norvessa displays prices in CAD. The current store configuration adds zero tax. Your order summary shows furniture prices, discounts, city delivery fees and any agreed extra service charges.
Cash payments
Cash is an available payment method. Choose cash when placing your order. The manager confirms the order and the payment arrangements before delivery.
E-transfer payments
E-transfer is available. Recipient instructions appear after manager confirmation when configured. Use your order number as the payment reference and confirm unclear recipient details with the manager before sending money.
Custom furniture deposits
A custom order may require an advance deposit agreed with the manager. Request a quotation before proceeding. The manager confirms the furniture specifications, price, availability and deposit arrangements.
Delivery and service charges
Delivery fees are city-based and do not depend on the order amount. A city fee that is not set is treated as free. Assembly, stairs, difficult access and old furniture removal may involve extra charges agreed before dispatch.
When an order changes
Norvessa may revise products, prices or the preferred delivery date when availability or arrangements change. Review the updated total and accept the latest revision in your account before dispatch.
Keep your records together
Order updates appear in your account. Purchase receipts and warranty/exchange cards become available after Delivered. For payment questions, contact the team with your order number through verified tracking or your account.
