A home is made through everyday moments: a restful evening, a shared meal, a room that finally feels yours. Norvessa brings beds, mattresses, dining sets, bunk beds and box springs together in one place so you can compare the details that matter and choose at your own pace.
Our story, since 2016
We have worked with customers since 2016 across Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton. Our online store began in 2025. This website makes our catalogue easier to explore and gives customers a clear place to arrange orders, follow delivery updates and contact the team.
A Toronto home base
Our public address is 181 Queens Drive, York, Ontario. Visits and customer pickup are available by appointment only. Our current online delivery service covers the Ontario cities listed on our delivery page; earlier work in Calgary and Edmonton does not mean every online order ships there automatically.
Find your fit
Explore measurements, materials, colours and available configurations on each product page. Measure your room, doorway and access route before ordering. If a specification or price is not available, ask the manager for confirmation before placing an order.
An order with a human touch
Choose your furniture, verify your account and select a preferred delivery date. Our manager confirms availability and the arrangements. If a product, date or total needs changing, you can review the revised order before dispatch.
Evenings made easier
Inside-home delivery runs between 6 PM and 10 PM Toronto time, seven days a week. Same-day orders close at 2 PM and remain subject to confirmation. Assembly, difficult access and furniture removal can involve separately agreed charges.
Care beyond your doorstep
Eligible returns have a 10-day request window. Delivered damage must be reported within 48 hours. Our 10-year exchange terms explain eligibility and the manager-confirmed process. Purchase documents and official requests appear in your account after Delivered.
