Start with the product instructions
Follow the care and assembly information supplied with your furniture. Materials and finishes vary. If you are unsure which method is suitable for your particular piece, ask the manager before using a cleaner or treatment.
Measure your space
Check the room, doorways, hallway turns, stairs and elevator access against the product dimensions. Consider the clearance needed around your bed or dining table and leave space for doors, drawers and chairs to move.
Beds and box springs
Confirm your mattress size and the bed or foundation configuration before ordering. Compare the recorded dimensions rather than relying only on a size label. Keep assembly instructions and request help if a specification is unclear.
Mattress selection
Compare the listed size, thickness, materials and comfort description. Preferences differ. Ask about missing specifications rather than assuming every mattress has the same construction or features.
Dining furniture
Check the table dimensions, seating configuration and chair measurements where provided. Consider your room’s everyday use and available space. Finish and colour descriptions should be confirmed if matching an existing piece is important.
Inspect on arrival
Check the delivered furniture and keep your packaging while you inspect it. Report delivered damage within 48 hours. Eligible return requests require unassembled furniture in original packaging within the published 10-day window.
Keep your documents
